B1 Fire Gun Foam

B1 Fire Gun Foam is a ready-to-use, one-component, intumescent, and self-extinguishing PU joint foam. It is suitable for various applications: installation, sealing, filling, and insulation. Due to its chemical composition, it does not drip, even on vertical surfaces.

Suitable for sealing, including fire doors/windows and balcony slab compartmentation. Dispensed using a PU gun. Not suitable for pipe passages. Maximum joint width: 20 mm. Once cured, the foam can be cut, sanded, plastered, or painted.

Standards and Certifications:

• B1 fire rating according to DIN 4102-1 / Maximum fire rating for joints: EI 240. Surrounding structure must be stone, brick, or concrete. Maximum joint width: 20 mm, foam depth: 140-150 mm.
• Product complies with B1 fire standard and provides a maximum EI 240 fire rating in non-combustible structures.
• M1 classified. Cured foam is odorless and does not release TVOC, formaldehydes, ammonia, or isocyanates (MDI).
• CE marking
